Ashley Leanne Biby, W/F DOB 10-30-91 of Cedar Hill, MO, was arrested for the Ste. Genevieve County charge of Conspiracy to Steal Anhydrous Ammonia.  Bond was set at $15,000.00.

David William Ortman, W/M DOB 03-16-67, of Bloomsdale, MO, was arrested for a warrant through the City of Farmington, MO for failing to appear on the original charge of driving while intoxicated.  The warrant had a bond set at $5,000.00.

Donna Faye Love, W/F DOB 08-10-70, of Haigler, NE, was arrested for warrant through St. Francois County MO for failing to appear on traffic offense.  The warrant had a bond set at $265.00.00.

Andrea Denise Smith, B/F DOB 07-25-68, of Florissant, MO was arrested for a warrant through Montgomery County for failing to appear on traffic offense.  The warrant had a bond set at $285.00.
