James Clayton Fears, W/M DOB 11-15-87, of Doe Run, MO was arrested on a Perry County warrant for failing to appear on a traffic charge.  The warrant had a bond of $500.00.

Jill Rachelle Allen, W/F DOB 12-16-77, of Farmington, MO was arrested for two St. Francois County warrants for the charge of fraud.  Each warrant had a bond set at $300.00.

Lincoln James Simmons, W/M DOB 07-03-76, of Imperial, MO was arrested for the following warrants:

 

City of Festus / Failure to appear on traffic charge/ Bond set at $135.00.

Genevieve County Sheriff’s Office.  Except for arrests this report does not reflect actions initiated by our personnel, rather calls for service only.  Also, a criminal charge is merely an allegation and the defendant is, of course, presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty in a court of law.
