Kristin Nicole McCann, W/F DOB 09-23-87 of St. Mary, MO was arrested on a Franklin County warrant for failing to appear on a seatbelt violation. The bond was set at $10.00.

Mark Anthony Maxson, W/M DOB 08-14-75 of Imperial, MO was arrested on a Jefferson County warrant for failing to appear on the original charge of improper license plates. The warrant had a bond set at $76.50.

Except for arrests this report does not reflect actions initiated by our personnel, rather calls for service only. Also, a criminal charge is merely an allegation and the defendant is, of course, presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty in a court of law.
