Arrested Person: Larry B. Schuler W/M, DOB 11-08-77, of Bella Villa, Missouri was arrested for three failure to appear warrants out of Ste. Genevieve County for the original charges of operating motor vehicle while license revoked(suspended for points), operating motor vehicle while license revoked (suspended for nonpayment of court fines) and for speeding .

 

The Honorable Raymond M. Weber issued the warrants with a combined bond set at $3,118.00.

 

Arrested Person: George C. Burroughs W/M, DOB 07-26-1969, of St. Mary, Missouri was arrested for a warrant out of Perry County Missouri for Felony Stealing.

 

The warrant had a bond set at $5,000.00.

 

Arrested Person: Nichols R. Taylor W/M DOB 12-26-88, of St. Louis, Missouri was arrested for a failure to appear warrant out of Ste. Genevieve County for the original charge of exceeding the posted speed limit.

The Honorable Raymond M. Weber issued the warrant with the bond set at $133.00.

 

Arrested Person: James J. Young W/M DOB 09-07-73 of Farmington, Missouri was arrested for a warrant out of Crawford County for the charge of assault. 

 

The warrant had a bond set at $1,000.00.

 

September 25th, 2010

Deputies were called to the area of the plaza parking lot and Ste. Genevieve Drive in reference to a suspicious person.

 

Deputies were called to the emergency room at the Ste. Genevieve County Memorial Hospital for a person suffering from a gunshot wound.

 

Deputies were called to the area of State Route WW and Crown Valley Winery for a disturbance.

 

September 26th, 2010

 Deputies were called to the 155 mile marker for a stranded motorist.

 

Deputies were called to the 155 mile marker for a careless and imprudent driver.

 

Deputies were called to the 7900 block of State Route DD in reference to disturbance.

 

September 27th, 2010

Deputies were called to the lobby of the Sheriff’s Office to take a report of property damage.

 

Deputies were called to the 5100 block of Salem Fields Road for property damage.

 

Deputies were called to the area of Missouri Highway 32 near Route 144 for careless and imprudent driver. 

 

Deputies were called to the 12100 block of Zell Road for a domestic disturbance.

 

September 28th, 2010

 Deputies were called to the 19981 block of Highway 61 for trespassing.

 

Deputies were called to the 14000 block of Highway 61 for a disturbance.

 

Deputies were called to the 14400 block of Aspen Lane for a juvenile problem.

 

Deputies were called to the 6100 block of Kinsey Road for animal control.

 

Deputies were called to the area of Village Drive and Highway 61 to assist another agency.

 

Deputies were called to the area of New Bremen Road and the Ozora Truck Stop to check the well being of an individual. 

 

Deputies were called to the 7500 block of Becker Road for a 911 hang-up/misdial.

 

September 29th, 2010

Deputies were called to the 19900 block of State Route B for trespassing.

 

Deputies were called to the lobby of the Sheriff’s Office to take a report of harassment. 

 

Deputies were called to the 4200 block of Highway 61 in reference to harassment. 

 

Deputies were called to the 16600 block of McCord Road for a suspicious person.

 

September 30th, 2010

Deputies were called to the lobby of the Sheriff’s Office to speak with a subject.

 

Deputies were called to the 144 mile marker for a traffic hazard.

 

October 1st, 2010

Deputies were called to the 13200 block of Lakeview Drive for a suspicious person. 

 

Deputies were called to the 7900 block of Christopher Drive for a disturbance.

 

Deputies were called to the 9700 block of Byrd Lane to assist another agency.

 

Deputies were called to the area of State Route B and the Coppermine Saloon for stealing.

This is a partial listing of activity investigated by the Ste. Genevieve County Sheriff’s Office.  Except for arrests this report does not reflect actions initiated by our personnel, rather calls for service only.  Also, a criminal charge is merely an allegation and the defendant is, of course, presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty in a court of law. Some cases are currently under investigation; any citizen with additional information is encouraged to call the Sheriff’s Office with any information you may have.  Again, each and every suspect is considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
