Kenneth Wayne Ruessler, W/M DOB 12-29-83 of St. Mary, MO was arrested for a Ste. Genevieve County failure to appear warrant for child non support.  The warrant had a bond issued for $500.00.

Greg Richard Griggs, W/M DOB 02-15-76 of Barnhart, MO was arrested for two Ste. Genevieve County failure to appear warrants for the original charge of driving while revoked.  The warrants had bond set at $300.00 and $125.00.

Patrick Allen Tate, W/M DOB 01-10-72 of St. Louis, MO was arrested on a Ste. Genevieve County failure to appear warrant for the original charge of driving while revoked.  The warrant had a bond set at $50,000.00.

Shon Lee Strong, W/M DOB 04-30-72 of Bloomsdale, MO was arrested for the following warrants:

 

City of Festus / Failure to appear on traffic / Bond set at $650.00.

Genevieve County Sheriff’s Office.  Except for arrests this report does not reflect actions initiated by our personnel, rather calls for service only.  Also, a criminal charge is merely an allegation and the defendant is, of course, presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty in a court of law.
