The warrant had a bond set at $375.00.

Arrested Person: Benjamin Stelling Hahn of Desloge, Missouri, W/M, DOB: 07-16-
1971, was arrested on a warrant out of St. Francois County for failing to appear on the
original charge of driving while intoxicated.

The warrants had a bond set at $25,000.00.

rather calls for service only. Also, a criminal charge is merely an allegation and the
defendant is, of course, presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty in a court
