Arrested Person: Chad Michael Grass W/M DOB 07-14-76, of Ste. Genevieve was arrested a failure to appear warrant for the original charge of driving while intoxicated.

 

The Honorable Judge Raymond M. Weber issued the warrant with a bond set at $391.50.

 

Arrested Person: Scott Michael Walker W/M DOB 12-19-68, of Festus, Missouri was arrested for a failure to appear warrant for the original charge of passing a bad check.

 

The Honorable Judge Raymond M. Weber issued the warrant with no bond.

Deputies were called to the area of State Route H and Highway 61 for a motor vehicle accident.

 

Deputies were called to the area of State Highway 32 and New Offenburg for carless and imprudent driving.

 

Deputies were called to the area of New Bremen Road and State Route N for a traffic hazard.

 

October 3rd, 2010

Deputies were called to the area of Holst Road and Highway 61 to assist another agency.

 

Deputies were called to 166 mile marker for careless and imprudent driving.

 

Deputies were called to 17100 block of Lake Brand Roads to assist another agency.

 

Deputies were called to the area of State Route B and Highway 32 for a stranded motorist.

 

Deputies were called to the 21900 block of Gordon Road a domestic disturbance.

 

Deputies were called to the 8500 block of French Village Road for a 911 hang-up/misdial.

Deputies were called to the 12400 block of Village Drive to keep the peace.

 

Deputies were called to the area of Highway 32 and State Route A to check the well being of person.

 

Deputies were called to the 19900 block of State Route B for an assault.

 

Deputies were called to the 143 mile marker for careless and imprudent driving.

 

Deputies were called to the 16100 block of New Bremen Road for trespassing.

Genevieve County Sheriff’s Office.  Except for arrests this report does not reflect actions initiated by our personnel, rather calls for service only.  Also, a criminal charge is merely an allegation and the defendant is, of course, presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty in a court of law.
