-Failure to Appear Warrant on the original charge of Class C Felony Burglary-2nd Degree

-Failure to Appear Warrant on the original charge of Property Damage- 2nd Degree

-Failure to Appear Warrant on the original charge of Theft/Stealing

Bond was set at $10,000.

Mr. Medows was also arrested on a Failure to Appear Warrant through Ste. Genevieve Police Department on the original charge of Driving While Revoked/Suspended.  Bond was set at $300.

Branden Scott Lopez, W/M DOB: 12/23/1991 of Perryville MO was arrested on the following Warrants:

-Warrant through Jefferson County on the charge of Driving While Suspended/Revoked.  Bond was set at $1,000.

-Warrant through Perryville Police Department on the charge of Driving Under Influence Liquor.  Bond was set at $700.

-Failure to Appear Warrant through Jefferson County on the original charge of Traffic.  Bond was set at $10.00

Mr. Jokerst was also arrested on a Warrant through Ste. Genevieve County on the following charges:

-Class B Felony charge of Domestic Assault-1st Degree

- 4 Counts of Felony Armed Criminal Action

-Class B Felony charge of Kidnapping-Facilitating a felony-Inflicting Injury-Terrorizing

Genevieve County Sheriff’s Office.  Except for arrests this report does not reflect actions initiated by our personnel, rather calls for service only.  Also, a criminal charge is merely an allegation and the defendant is, of course, presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty in a court of law.
