Arrested Person Kayla Dawn Bequette, W/F DOB: 3/09/1990 of Ste. Genevieve MO was arrested on a Failure to Appear Warrant through Ste. Genevieve County on the original charge of Exceeded Posted Speed Limit (Exceeded by 11-15mph). Bond was set at $138. Arrested Person Cedric Kamea Bell, B/M DOB: 3/12/1991 of Jonesboro AR as arrested on a Probation Violation Warrant through Ste.
