Carly Noelle Rushing, W/F DOB: 7/06/1983 of Bloomsdale MO was arrested on a Probation Violation Warrant through Ste. Genevieve County on the original charge of Class C Felony Possession of a Controlled Substance Except 35 Grams or Less of Marijuana. Bond was set at $30,000.
