-Failure to Appear Warrant through Ste. Genevieve County on the following original charges: Class C Misdemeanor Unlawfully Operate All-Terrain Vehicle on Highway and Operating Vehicle on Highway without a Valid License. Bond was set at $250.00.

-Failure to Appear Warrant through Ste. Genevieve County on the original charge of Operating a Vehicle on Highway without a Valid License. Bond was set at $121.00.

Jeffrey Frank Rector, W/M DOB: 2/06/1972 of Ste. Genevieve MO was arrested on the following Warrants:

--Warrant through Cape Girardeau County on the charge of Fraud-Insufficient Funds. Bond was set at $500.

--Warrant through St. Francois County on the charge of Fraud-Insufficient Funds. Bond was set at $2,500.

--Warrant through Stoddard County on the charge of Fraud-Insufficient Funds. Bond was set at $2,500.

Jacqueline Sue Howard, W/F DOB: 2/14/1980 of Farmington MO was arrested on a Warrant through Ste. Genevieve County on the following charges:

-Class C Felony Possession of a Controlled Substance Except 35 grams of Marijuana or Less

-Driving While Revoked/Suspended-1st Offense

-Exceeded Posted Speed Limit

-Owner Operated Motor Vehicle without Maintaining Financial Responsibility
