-Class D Felony Possession of a Controlled Substance Except for 35 Grams or Less of Marijuana/Synthetic Cannabinoid.

-Class B Felony Delivery of a Controlled Substance Except for 35 Grams or Less of Marijuana/Synthetic Cannabinoid-Person less than 17 year of age & 2 Years younger. Bond was set at $50,000.

Dylan Robert Stueve, W/M DOB: 10/01/1995 of Perryville MO was arrested on a Warrant through Ste. Genevieve County on the following charges:
