Genevieve County for the charges of two (2) counts of distribute, deliver, manufacture, produce or attempt to or possess with the intent to distribute, deliver, manufacture, produce a controlled substance, RSMo 195.211, a Class B Felony and one (1) count of distributing or delivering not more than 5 grams of marijuana, RSMo 195.211, a Class C Felony.

His bond was set at $150,000.00 by the Honorable Judge Timothy W. Inman.

Arrested Person: Kyle Nicholas Moon of Ste. Genevieve, Missouri, W/M, DOB: 06-26-1993 was arrested on warrant out of Ste. Genevieve County for one (1) count of distribute, deliver, manufacture, produce or attempt to or possess with the intent to distribute, deliver, manufacture, produce a controlled substance, RSMo 195.211, a Class B Felony and two (2) counts of unlawful use of drug paraphernalia, RSMo 195.233, a Class A Misdemeanor.

His bond was set at $20,000.00 by the Honorable Judge Timothy W. Inman.

Arrested Person: Melissa Marie Brown of St. Peters, Missouri, W/F, DOB: 09-16-1979 was arrested on a warrant out of Ste. Genevieve County for violation of probation on the original charge of leaving the scene of a motor vehicle accident, injury, property damage or 2nd offense, RSMo 577.060, a Class D Felony.
Her bond was set at $40,000.00 by the Honorable Judge Kenneth W. Pratte.

Arrested Person: William David Cooley Jr. of DeSoto, Missouri, W/M, DOB: 07-02-1977, was arrested on a warrant out of Ste. Genevieve County for failing to appear on the original charge of assault 2nd degree RSMo, 565.060, a Class C Felony.

His bond was set at $5,000.00 by the Honorable Judge Robin Edward Fulton.

Arrest Person: Randy Lee Schillinger of Wappapello, Missouri, W/M, DOB: 09-18-1971 was arrested on a warrant out of Ste. Genevieve County for failing to appear on the original charge of operate a motor vehicle on the highway with a revoked license, RSMo 302.321, a Class D Felony. He also had two warrants out of Jefferson County for failing to appear on original charges.

His bond was set at $2,500.00 by the Honorable Judge Robin Edward Fulton. His bond in Jefferson County was set at $489.00.

Arrested Person: Casey Lynn Sansoucie of Valle Mine, Missouri, W/M, DOB: 08-29-1983 was arrested
on a warrant out of Bonne Terre for failing to appear in court on traffic related charges.

His bond was set at 41,460.00.

Arrested Person: Benjamin Daniel Voyles of Park Hills, Missouri, w/M, DOB: 06-25-1988 was arrested on a warrant out of Ste. Genevieve County for failing to appear on the original charge of driving while intoxicated, RSMo 577.010, a Class B Misdemeanor, possession of up to 35 grams of marijuana, RSMo 195.202, a Class A Misdemeanor and operate a motor vehicle in a careless and imprudent manner, involving an accident, RSMo 304.012, a Class A Misdemeanor.

His bond was set at $463.50 by the Honorable Judge Raymond M. Weber.

Arrested Person: Nevelle Dorance Brewster of Bloomsdale, Missouri, B/M, DOB: 01-27-1980, was arrested on a warrant out of Jefferson County for failing to appear on the original charge of dangerous drugs.
