Arrested Person: Thomas Eugene Spangler of Ste. Genevieve, Missouri, W/M, DOB: 02-11-1970, was arrested on a warrant out of Ste. Genevieve County for distribution, deliver, manufacture, produce or attempt to or possess a controlled substance, RSMo 195.211, a Class B Felony, possession of up to 35 grams or less of marijuana, RSMo 195.202, a Class A Misdemeanor and unlawful use of drug paraphernalia, RSMO 195.233, a Class A Misdemeanor.

 

The warrant was issued by the Honorable Judge Timothy W. Inman with a bond set at $15,000.00.

 

Arrested Person: Danny Fulbright Luebbers of Ste. Genevieve, Missouri, W/M, DOB: 03-24-1961 was arrested on a warrant out of Ste. Genevieve County for distribution, deliver, manufacture, produce or attempt to or possess a controlled substance, RSMo 195.211, a Class B Felony, possession of up to 35 grams or less of marijuana, RSMo 195.202, a Class A Misdemeanor and unlawful use of drug paraphernalia, RSMO 195.233, a Class A Misdemeanor.

 

The warrant was issued by the Honorable Judge Timothy W. Inman with a bond set at $15,000.00.

 

Arrested Person: Dale Lee Penberthy Jr., of Ste. Genevieve, Missouri, W/M, DOB: 11-20-1978 was arrested on a warrant out of Bonne Terre for property damage.

 

The warrant had a bond set at $74.00.

 

Arrested Person: Ronald Patrick Allen Jr., of Bloomsdale, Missouri, W/M, DOB: 06-25-1962 was arrested on a warrant out of Montgomery County for failing to appear on traffic charges.

 

The warrant had a bond set at $1,000.00.

 

Arrested Person: Daniel Jason Garcia, of Ste. Genevieve, Missouri, H/M, DOB: 11-05-1979, was arrested on two warrants out of Ste. Genevieve County and one warrant out of Festus. The charges were for exceeding the posted speed limit, driving while revoked and driving while suspended.

 

The total bond set on all three warrants was $1,476.00.

 

Arrested Person: Anthony Joseph Finchen IV, of Cahokia, Illinois, W/M, DOB: 08-23-1967 was arrested on a warrant out of the United States Attorney’s Office for possession of a firearm.

 

The warrant had no bond set.

 

Arrested Person: Brett Randall Burris, of Ste. Genevieve, Missouri, W/M, DOB: 05-25-1988, was arrested on a warrant out of Missouri Probation and Parole Office for the charge of probation violation.

 

The warrant had no bond set.

 

Arrested Person: Christopher Michael McCloskey of St. Louis, Missouri, W/M, DOB: 03-09-1990, was arrested on a warrant out of Jefferson County for a probation violation.

 

The warrant had a bond set at $200.00.

 

Arrested Person: Jacklee Wyane Moon, of Bloomsdale, Missouri, W/M, DOB: 01-28-1992, was arrested on a warrant out of Ste. Genevieve County for failing to appear on an original charge of operate a motor vehicle without a valid license, RSMo 302.0230, a Class A Misdemeanor.

 

The warrant was issued by the Honorable Judge Timothy W. Inman, with a bond set at $265.00.

 

Arrested Person: Stephanie Renee Welch, of Ste. Genevieve, Missouri, W/F, DOB: 11-01-1970, was arrested on a warrant out of Ste. Genevieve County for failing to appear on the original charge of passing bad checks, RSMo 570.120, a Class A Misdemeanor.
