Masters, Adrianne Marie W/F DOB: 01/25/1995 of Ste. Genevieve MO was arrested on a Warrant through Jefferson County on the original offense of a Traffic Offense-Operating without a driver's license. Bond was changed to a Personal Recognizance bond.

 

Arrested Person:

Thomas, Balisha' Loretta B/F DOB: 11/07/1998 of Memphis TN was arrested on a Failure to Appear Warrant through Perry County on the original charge of Traffic offense.  Bond was set at $500.00 cash only.

 

Arrested Person:

Bryan, Jeffrey Lynn W/M DOB: 01/26/1964 of Bloomsdale MO was arrested on a Warrant through Ste. Genevieve County on the following charges:

-Possession of a controlled substance

-Failure to register motor vehicle

-Owner Operated a Motor Vehicle without maintaining financial responsibility

-Unlawful Possession of drug paraphernalia

-Failure to register a motor vehicle/trailer annually with DOR

Bond was set at $20,000.00 cash or surety.
